Charges Against Prince Edward Get Dropped

A picture of Prince Edward, son of Queen Elizabeth II, waving a 4 ft. stick at two quarrelling gun dogs was captured in newspapers.  One picture showed a stick in the air and another picture of the stick near the dog’s head.

Charity organization complained to the Royal Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) opened an investigation to see if there was enough evidence to prosecute him, but on Friday, the RSPCA announced there wasn’t enough evidence to press charges against the Prince.
