Bringing Up Puppy
Puppy-rearing is no trivial undertaking. The first weeks and months of a puppy’s life are absolutely critical to his development, as there’s no way to make up later in life for those early lessons missed. Whether from a breeder, a rescue or shelter, or a stray, the pup needs an education that will shape and mold him into a well-socialized, even-tempered dog.
Bringing Up Puppy by Laura Garber, CPDT is a comprehensive guide to the essentials of socialization, housetraining, bite inhibition, crate-training, and the many other components involved in raising and training a puppy to be a loving and respectful canine member of the human family.
